Southside Beaches in the Poi'pu and Lawai area are some of Kauai's most popular wedding beaches. Sunny Poipu is truly sunny! You will have clear skies for your wedding 99 out of 100 days. If you are staying in Poi’pu all the beaches are within 5 minutes of most accommodations
Shipwreck Beach. Keoneloa Bay or Shipwreck Beach, as it is more commonly known, is by far one of the most popular wedding beaches on Kauai. Although very popular, it is rarely crowded at late afternoon or sunset. It offers both beach and cliffside locations and wonderful views. The beach is close The Hyatt, Casa di Amici and many other fine restaurants.
Baby Beach. Tucked between some oceanfront homes, Baby Beach offers a somewhat private setting with a beautiful view of the ocean, palm trees, and a hint of sunset. The Beach House Restaurant is close by and is a popular choice for wedding dinners.
Moir Gardens at Plantation Garden Restaurant. This is a very intimate and pretty location. The orchid gardens bloom all year. The restaurant is spectacular and you can go across the street to the beach by the Sheraton for photos. There is a site fee.
National Tropical Botanical Gardens in Lawai. Located right across the street from Spouting Horn, there are lovely gardens, ample lawns under spreading shade trees and an incredible waterfall deep in the property. There is a fee, but it is spectacular and well worth it.
Resorts. If you wish to have your wedding at a resort, the Grand Hyatt and Sheraton are lovely locations.
